She's the Man Post

What I Found:

Ceasario is the name of the Pizza place that the characters hang out at in the movie, in the book it is the name of the disguised Viola

Malvolio is not a character like he is in the book, but rather a tarantula

Antonio, Maria, Malvolio, Feste, Valentine, Andrew and Toby are charactrs in the book that have no major or important role in the movie.

Rather than a country, Illyria is the name of the school that the disguised Viola and Duke attend.

Cornwall, is the orignal school of Viola which in the book is the country of origin of Viola and Sebastian.

Sebastian is departing from London on the 12th of the Month (12th night)

The Duke, Orsino, of Illyria becomes Duke Orsino in the movie.

In the movie Olivia is sad over he brothers death, in the movie she is sqad over a recent break-up.

Duke is in love with Olivia, just as Orsino is in the book.

Olivia didnt want a smart, rich (cream of the crop) guy in the book, similarily to how Olivia didnt want Duke, the most wanted guy in school.

Olivia falls in love with Viola just as she does in the book.

Rather than using Ceasario, Viola disquises as her brother.

In the movie, Sebastian goes away to London and is virtually none existent until her returns to school, in the book he is also none existent until the end of the book, however he is thoguht to be dead by his sister.

Viola tricks Duke just as she tricked Orsino in the book.

Viola falls for Duke jsut as she falls for Orsino in the book.

In both the movie and book, Orsino wants Viola to hook him up with Olivia.

Orsino promised Viola a reward if she was successful at hooking Olivia and him up just like the movie, Orsino promises that he will help her make 1st string buy the Cornwall game.

"I have to go match making for the man I want to marry myself"<<< Story of Viola's Life
